You must notify 33xx support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. We will investigate and take appropriate steps to secure your account as quickly as possible.
33xx operates entirely in PKR — Pakistani Rupees. All account balances, deposit amounts, bet stakes, winnings and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied by 33xx, and there are no platform-side fees on standard deposits.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. If that method does not support withdrawals, an alternative method registered to your account will be used. 33xx does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered under your name.
Before your first withdrawal is processed, 33xx may require you to complete identity verification. This typically involves providing a copy of a valid government-issued ID and proof of your payment method. This is a standard measure to protect the security of your funds and to comply with anti-fraud requirements.
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times can vary depending on the payment method selected and any verification steps required. 33xx will notify you by email once a withdrawal has been approved and dispatched. Once a withdrawal has been sent from 33xx, the receiving institution's processing times apply.
Any active bonus funds or pending wagering requirements must be settled before a withdrawal can be processed. If you choose to withdraw before completing wagering requirements, any bonus balance will be removed and only the qualifying cash balance will be paid out.

Results in Slot Games and table games are determined by certified random number generators. Sports betting outcomes are determined by the result of the relevant sporting event.
Once a bet or wager is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless explicitly stated in the specific game or market rules. In sports betting, 33xx reserves the right to void markets in the event of a postponed, abandoned or replayed event, or where a result is under official review.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface before you place your wager. Stakes placed outside permitted limits may be voided.
In the event of a technical fault during a game session — such as a disconnection, server error or game malfunction — 33xx will use game server records to determine the outcome of any affected round. If a round cannot be resolved from server records, the stake will be refunded to the player's account. 33xx's decision in such matters is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at 33xx and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and potential legal action where applicable:
33xx uses monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where a breach is identified, 33xx will take immediate action without necessarily providing advance notice to the account holder.
33xx reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms. Players may also request closure of their own account at any time by contacting the support team. Where a self-exclusion request is made, it will be processed promptly and any remaining cash balance will be returned after identity verification. Bonus balances will not be returned in the event of voluntary account closure.
If your account is closed by 33xx due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including deposits and winnings — may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. 33xx will communicate the reason for closure to the extent permitted by its fraud investigation procedures.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the Privacy Policy, you should not register an account. 33xx provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from technical errors at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted, 33xx's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. 33xx is not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profits, loss of data or any other indirect losses arising from use of the platform.
33xx does not accept liability for losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from an account suspension arising from a breach of the prohibited conduct rules.
33xx may update these Terms at any time. When we do, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For significant changes, we may notify registered players by email. However, it remains your responsibility to check these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
